The Nickel-Plated Forged Brass Bibcock is a lead free, heavy-duty shut-off valve. With its full port design, our Nickel-Plated Forged Brass Bibcock delivers high flow and minimum pressure drops. The bibcock can be used in a variety of applications. Made with high quality brass, the bibcock performs durable, resistant to corrosion and capable of bearing the worst environments. The operator can easily open and close the bibcock to control flow with the quarter turn lever handle.

Preparation:
Make sure the installation environment is dry and clean, and prepare the required installation tools and materials, such as wrenches, raw tape, etc.
Turn off the water source: Before installation, be sure to turn off the relevant water source to prevent water flow from causing installation difficulties or damage.
Installation process:
Wrap the raw tape around the connection thread to increase the sealing.
Align the Nickel-Plated Forged Brass Bibcock to the installation position, rotate and tighten, and ensure that the connection is tight and leak-free.
Install the handle or other control components as needed.
Inspection and testing:
After installation, turn on the water source to check for leaks, and adjust the direction and size of the water flow to a satisfactory state.
